If you have low spots, ruts, or pour soil content in your yard, you may consider topsoil to correct the concern. We use high quality sifted compost / topsoil mix that helps promote healthy plant growth. Taking care of topsoil is an important aspect in lawn maintenance.
Our team uses machines that cut small quarter inch furrows into your lawn while dropping seed into the soil. This is an optimal service to create a thinker lawn without taking on a full scale lawn renovation. Slice seeding allows for the seed to come in direct contact with the soil for fast seed germination. This enables you to have better looking and more resistant grass types that are adapted to the various conditions on your property. Please call for your free estimate!
Lamberts Landcare provides Worcester County with the same appearance that golf
courses and estates receive. We offer core aeration early fall to remove core soil plugs
from your lawn, bringing them to lie on the surface for increased soil structure. This
service will encourage a thicker and deeper lawn root system; loosen compacted soil,
and enhance absorption of water while reducing thatch. After aerating the lawn; we will
evenly apply seed over the lawn for added benefit, if requested. Seeding now will help
build a thick dense lawn that will shade out weeds and disease. Please call for your free estimate!
Thatch is a layer of living and dead organic matter, primarily grass roots and stems. Thatch accumulates between the layer of actively-growing grass and the soil underneath. Thatch is a normal component of an actively growing healthy lawn. We provide de-thatching to encourage
new, thick, lush grass shoots to grow. Removing thatch from the top of the soil allows for
adequate penetration of water, sunlight and fertilizer. Please call for your free estimate!
